6. The Company shall not provide the personal information of customers to a third party unless they have obtained prior consent from the customer to do so. However, in the following cases, the Company may provide the personal information of customers to a third party without obtaining prior consent from the customer.
(1) When required to do so by law or ordinance;
(2) When required to so in order to protect or preserve someone’s life, well-being, or assets and when it is not possible to obtain the customer’s consent;
(3) When required to do so to cooperate with the carrying out of certain administrative duties by government agencies, local authorities, or commissioned parties as established by law or ordinance and when there are concerns that obtaining the customer’s consent may impede the progress of said duties.
